Global“mall”Shawan store project covers an area of about 51,448 square meters,with a total planning and construction area of about 600,000 square meters and a total investment of about 6 billion yuan,taking the marine park as the core engine,making full use of the commercial and cultural precipitation of the Shawan Convention and Exhibition,and using brand-new industry perspectives and ideas to do full scenarios,deep culture,big entertainment and full experience,and finally The project is a key construction project in Chengdu City,and has been built into a brand-new commercial space with industry leadership.

The project consists of a 3-storey commercial podium(partially 4-storey)and 4 super high-rise towers,with the tallest tower standing at 243 meters high,which is known as“Twin Towers in the sky,defining the skyline of the era”,“New Century-Chengdu's high-end model of peak apartments,a contemporary high-class canopy work of art,and the world's first-tier materials”,and is one of the most important projects in northwest Chengdu."It is a new landmark building in northwest Chengdu.

As the project construction unit,Chengdu Century City Convention&Exhibition Group,has built Chengdu Shawan Convention&Exhibition Center,Chengdu Century City International Convention&Exhibition Center,Kunming Dianchi International Convention&Exhibition Center,Wuhan National Expo Center,Global Center,Heilongtan Long Island International Tourism Resort Center,Jiuzhai Paradise Intercontinental Grand Hotel and other projects.

The original design of the Universal Center“mall”Shawan store project was to use a movable jib-type internal climbing tower crane,which was known to have a low construction bid and short construction period.Chuanjian's team of technical experts demonstrated the feasibility and comprehensive efficiency of the horizontal jib tower crane with a high cantilever tower in the construction of such structures below 300 meters under normal circumstances through meticulous design,comparative calculations and data image simulation and deduction.It was recognized by the construction company.

In the end,Chuanjian M1000 and C8039 horizontal jib tower cranes were selected for the project.Chuanjian's choice of equipment for the construction of the comprehensive use of the cost than the original plan was reduced by more than 40%,but the efficiency of the work has increased by more than 35%,for the user to obtain a better economic benefits.

Chuanjian M1000 tower crane has a jib length of 70 meters,a maximum lifting weight of 50 tons,an end lifting weight of 12 tons,and a tower cross-section of 4 meters;Chuanjian C8039 tower crane has a jib length of 80 meters,a maximum lifting weight of 25 tons,an end lifting weight of 3.9 tons,and a tower cross-section of 2.5 meters;the two types of models are available in walking and stationary foundation forms.
