Sichuan SCM-P7527 tower crane serves in Zunyu Expressway Xiangjiang River Bridge Project
summary：Zunyu Expressway Xiangjiang Bridge is the Zunyi-Yuqing Expressway line control project, the bridge is more than 1,700 meters long, is a double-tower double cable-stayed rhombic stacked girder cable-stayed bridge, the main span of 560 meters, the height of the cable-stayed tower reaches 288 meters, which is equivalent to the height of the 103-storey building, and it is the first one of the same type of structural bridges in the world at present.

Two sets of Sichuan SCM-P7527 tower cranes are used for the 268-meter-high main tower on the Zunyi bank and the 288-meter-high main tower on the Yuqing bank of Zunyu Expressway Xiangjiang River Special Bridge respectively.
Chuanjian P7527 tower crane has three forms:fixed,traveling and internal climbing,with a maximum lifting weight of 18 tons and an end lifting weight of 2.7 tons,and two types of towers with 2.0m and 2.5m cross sections,with a fixed free-standing height of 60.7m for the 2m cross section,and a fixed free-standing height of 76.86m for the 2.5m cross section.This project uses Sichuan P7527 tower crane with 2.0m section,and adds standard sections and attachment frames to the standard height to meet the requirements of site construction.
The commencement of construction of Zunyu Expressway will closely connect the development of Qiannan Prefecture and Zunyi City,and the completion of the project by the end of 2020 will improve the transportation conditions in poor areas,optimize the investment environment,promote industrial upgrading,which is of great significance and importance to the economic development of Guizhou.
